4 Days Flying Uganda Gorilla Trekking

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), your driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Once you’ve settled in, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can unwind at your accommodation, explore the local surroundings, or soak in the tranquil views of Lake Victoria.

After your morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport to board a scenic Aerolink flight to Bwindi, a breath-taking destination known for its mist-shrouded mountains and the iconic mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your lodge, where you will spend the next two nights immersed in the magical ambiance of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Start your day with an early morning coffee, then prepare for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority officials. You will then head into the jungle to search for the elusive mountain gorillas and observe their lifestyle in their natural habitat. After locating the gorillas, you will have the unique opportunity to spend an hour with these gentle giants, gazing into their expressive eyes. Gorilla trekking requires a reasonable level of fitness, as well as essentials such as walking shoes, packed food, mineral water, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a hat. The duration of the trek can vary from half a day to a full day, depending on the gorillas’ movements. Later, you will return to your lodge for a delightful lunch. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to relax and unwind at your leisure. In the evening, savour a delicious dinner before settling in for an overnight stay at your lodge.

As your adventure draws to a close, you will board a scenic Aerolink flight back to Entebbe, perfectly timed to connect with your departure flight.
